Description
Runners who love to do laps and rounds and rounds on a synthetic 400m track, it’s time to lace up and run. Yes, it's short notice and the event is in the middle of the busy season but good weather conditions made us do on 24th Dec 2023. Choose your durations wisely if you have already scheduled some other events in your calendar. Happy Running!
Stadium Run will be Synthetic Athletics Track Ground of Faridabad Sports Complex.
Race Categories
12hrs Run Solo
Registration Fee Rs 4000/-
Minimum age 18 years.
Total Spots Available- 20
The participant should have successfully run at least one 50km Run in 2022-23 (Calendar year)
Participant should be on track for at least 11hrs
6hrs Run Solo
Registration Fee Rs 3000/-
Minimum age 18 years.
Total Spots Available- 40 (20 in each wave)
2 slots to choose from
Slot 1- 6am to 12noon
Slot 2- 12noon to 6pm
The participant should have successfully run at least two Half Marathon distances or more in 2022-23 (Calendar year)
Participant should be on track for at least 5:30hrs
3hrs Run Solo
Registration Fee Rs 2500/-
Minimum age 18 years.
Total Spots Available- 80 (20 in each wave)

Slot 1- 6am to 9am
Slot 2- 9am to 12noon
Slot 3- 12noon to 3pm
Slot 4- 3pm to 6pm
1hr Run Solo
Minimum age 14 years.

Instructions
- This is a track event; only limited slots are available in each distance category.
- Availability of registration slots in each distance category are purely on first come first serve basis
- There will be no age categories.
- The participants should start on time.
- You won’t be allowed to start if you reach more than 15mins late.
- Late starters will not be given any grace time in the end.
- The final decision on distance run, laps done and time clocked will be given by the Timing officials.
- Participants may use their gadgets (GPS based wearables or apps) to map their run but these wouldn't be considered while announcing final results.
- Provisional results will be out on the same day but official results will be announced 3 days later on 27th Dec.
- All the timing related queries will only be entertained till Wednesday, 27th Dec.
- The participants will wear bib all the time and it should be visible
- Entire running arena will be video-graphed, especially the running track
- Pacers or crew are not allowed inside the running arena
- There will be change of direction every 3hrs/4hrs depending on your chosen category
- The hydration stations on and along the track are exclusively for those running on the track.
- Once your run is finished, you should not go to the runners’ specific hydration stations
- Participants of 12hrs run category will go a mandatory medical check-up every 6hrs, which can be done during their long break (for food/ stretching/ change of clothes, shoes purpose)
- One food coupon for each participant for a post finish meal will be issued
- Non-participants i.e. supporters of participants like Family members, Friends or Groups are not entitled for meals/ food/ snacks to be served to participants
- Non-participants can buy food coupons on the spot.

Facilities for the participants-
Hydration, refuelling snacks, hot meals, first-aid, recovery zone
Distance category wise separate dedicated zones for runners, Toilets & baggage counter.
Rewards-
- No prizes/ felicitation in case of low participation (5 or less) in gender categories of each distance
- Only the winner will be felicitated if the participation is more than 5 but up to 10.
- Top 3 will be felicitated if the participation size is 11 & above
- Above criteria is applicable for individuals as well as teams.
Refund Policy-
- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.
- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get a full refund.
