World Osteopathy Day on Wednesday Organizing "Aapali - Phaltan Marathon 2022" on 12th October

Joshi Hospital Pvt., Ltd. And the Trauma Center, Phaltan organized a marathon on the occasion of World Osteopathy Day like every year on Wednesday. October 12 at 6 am. The convenor said that decoration is being done at Garden Mangal Office, Phaltan. Prasad Joshi and Dr. Mrs. Prachi Joshi has informed through a publicity sheet.

d. On the occasion of World Osteopathy Day on 12th October, Joshi Hospital has been celebrating this day in a unique and different way for 7 years. Due to the corona epidemic, no program could be held for the last two years. Therefore, Dr. Prasad Joshi has appealed that we should all celebrate this event with more vigor this year.

A healthy mind is necessary for human life to be happy and contented and a healthy body is necessary for a healthy mind to live. Diet and exercise play an important role in keeping the body healthy and since the contribution of the youth is important in the construction of the country, it is a social duty to understand the youth generation and establish harmony with them. Prasad Joshi explained.

This program is organized to explain and educate everyone in the age group of 25 to 45 years about the importance of exercise. While working in Phaltan for the last 22 years, he continues to provide continuous treatment in orthopedics, joint replacement surgery and spinal surgery. As the said patient is a part of our family, we all came together. Various programs are being organized on October 12 and Dr. Prasad Joshi has done it all.

d. 12th October at 6 AM from Sajai Garden Phaltan, 10 km. The marathon is about to begin. 5 km from Sajai Garden at 6:30 am. I. The marathon competition is about to begin. 3 km at 7 am. I. Wakethan (fast walk) competition is about to start.

Due to the demand, a new group of 18 to 25 has been opened in which two groups will be divided into male and female. So now

18 to 30 (Male/Female) Passionate Youth Group
31 to 45 (Male / Female) Young youth
46 te 64 (Male /female) Profound adult
65 and Above (Male/Female) Experienced Seniors

There are 4 groups.
First three groups can participate in 5 or 10 km marathon according to their ability. 4th group is for 3km Walkethon only.

Welcome and refreshments for all at Sajai Garden office at 9 am, main program will start from 10.30 am and food is arranged at 1 pm.

Dr. said that entry pass is required for the program in Sajai Garden office. Joshi said.

To participate in "Aapli - Phaltan Marathon 2022" online registration can be done on the website www.joshihospitalpvtltd.com till 25th September 2022 . Entry fee is ₹ 300/- only. The convener said that no fee will be charged to senior citizens. Prasad Joshi and Dr. Mrs. Prachi Joshi said. 9th, 10th and 11th October on all three dates by paying ₹ 300/- and carrying the kit of "Aapli - Phaltan Marathon 2022" which includes T Shirt, Runner BIB, cap and an attractive gift, everyone should take advantage and participate in maximum numbers.
