Aarambh Gift City Run 2023 - 7 Edition

Welcome to the 1st edition of this prestigious event .The enthusiasm of Amdavadis is growing leaps & bounds. The momentum which will begin with SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023 and continue in the positive direction towards the cause – Drugs Free Society. We offer an opportunity for all the citizens to come together and spread awareness for a Drugs free Society.

IMPORTANT:

The SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023 is open only for Indian Nationals, Expat & Indian Elite Athletes.

With a goal of improving people's awareness towards Drugs Free Society the 1st edition of this running event to be held on Sunday 26th February 2023 ons with the participation of 10000 + runners in GIFT City, Gandhinagar . With a strong core team of experts we are here to provide a huge running platform to come together and celebrate health and spread the awareness of Drugs Free Society.

Note: Minimum age criteria: Half Marathon -18 years and above, 10 Km-13 years and above, 5 Km-10 years and above.

Cut-off timings :

Half Marathon – 3:30 Hours (18-60 years) 3:45 hours (60 years & above )

10 Km Run – 1:45 Hours

No medal / certificate would be awarded beyond the cut - off time.

Entry Rules: Requests for cancellation, transfer or refund will not be entertained.

I am voluntarily participating in an SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023 with complete knowledge of the associated risks, and I agree to accept responsibility for all risks of injury. I also acknowledge that Sneh Shilp Foundation does not offer formal training program for this race. By signing this Waiver and Release, I declare that I am medically able, properly trained, physically fit and capable of participating in a race, and that my medical care provider has approved my participation. I agree to independently consult my physician in the event of any injuries or medical questions arising from or related to my participation in the SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023. I also acknowledge full and sole responsibility for my own medical expenses and that I am responsible for any and all medical expenses on my behalf. In consideration for being permitted to participate in the SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023, I agree to assume all risks and to release and hold harmless to the SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023 Team & Sneh Shilp Foundation. I understand and agree that this Waiver and Release is binding upon our heirs, assigns, and legal representatives. I hereby grant my consent and permission to the SHILP Aarambh – GIFT City Run 2023, Sneh Shilp Foundation, its Partner organizations, and employees to use any and all information submitted in my application, and/or my name, photograph, videotape, motion picture recording, voice or likeness for any purpose, including pre-race and post-race publicity.
