Every year, June 5th is celebrated as World Environment Day with a new theme. This year, 2019, the theme is "Air Pollution". This day is “People’s Day”, implores us to go outdoors and appreciate nature's beauty and importance, and take forward the call to protect the planet Earth.
The day is celebrated to raise global awareness about the significance of a healthy environment and to solve various environmental issues by implementing significant actions to protect nature and Earth, leading to a positive and healthy environment for all.
World Environment Day is an occasion to think how we are part of nature and how intimately and unequivocally we depend on it for survival.
So as a responsible citizen it is one’s duty to protect the environment for today and posterity. To create awareness on environment protection and personal health, Ace Micromatic Group, consisting of 15 companies located in and around Peenya Industrial Area takes pride in organizing the FIRST edition of running event ‘Fun Run’ in Peenya, Bengaluru.
