Rules and Regulations

Only one applicant perform can apply for the event. Also, do not send in more than one entry per person. Multiple applications will entail all being rejected.

Applications must not be submitted to any person or group other than online submission.

Information against all fields on the registration form must be filled. Incomplete entries will be rejected.

An entry form must be accompanied with the requisite fee as per the race category ie. Rs.700 /- for 5 KM run for fun, And Rs. 1000/- for 15 KM Run Mountain challenge. A form received without the correct fee or no fee will be rejected. 

BIB collection on following address Shop No.4, Raj Mudra, Near Ponda civil court on 14th to 20th Feb 2019 between 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM. Note: Incase any difficulty while submitting the Fee you may contact organiser on following Mobile number: 9890498468 or 9923729324 or 9765493068

Upon submitting the form confirmation email from our service provider PayUmoney will be received. 

For entry acceptance, the Disclaimer must be agreed upon. If the applicant is below the age of 18 years, his/her guardian must also agree upon the disclaimer and write his/her relation with the applicant on the form.

Cancellation/Refund: Any fee discrepancy must be brought to the attention of the Event Registration Team immediately. No refund will be given once registration is accepted. 

BIB Expo for collection of running BIBS will be held at Shop No.4, Raj Mudra,Near ponda civil court on 14th to 20th Feb 2019 between 10.00 AM to 7.00 PM. PayUmoney Email having reference ID to be shown while collecting BIB. 

For BIB Collection carry reg.form print / soft copy, Run will be started at 6.30 am for 15 Km & 6.45 am for 5 KM Run on 24th February 2019. All participants to Report at 6.00 AM prior start.

Authorized representative must carry - Photocopy of photo identity proof (of the confirmed Participant), eg. Aadhaar card, Passport, PAN card, Election card or Driving license.
