Duroflex Alleppey Brach Run 2022 - 2 Edition

Welcome to Athletico Duroflex Alleppey Beach Run 2022. This barefoot beach run on the golden sands of Alleppey beach is the venture of Athletico De Alleppey– an elite and aspiring sports club of the Venice of the east.

The Alleppey beach run 2022 is being organized by Athletico De Alleppey and is supported by the Alleppey District Sports Council, District Tourism Promotion Council Alappuzha & Alleppey District Olympic Association.

This run is an ambitious venture aimed at promotion of wellness, the concept of fitness, the benefits of running and the potential benefits of barefoot running. The run extending along the length of the scenic beach on the sun kissed golden sands, enables the runners to soak in the beauty of the coconut groves on one side and run with the waves on the other while taking in the fiery beauty of the orange globe immersing into the seas over the horizon at sunset.

The organizers have ensured the presence of hundreds of spectators on the day of the run cheering the barefoot runners. Safety precautions have been ensured along with ambulance services and a medical team. Volunteers have been appointed at numerous checkpoints to ensure safety and oversee the race. Every effort has been made to make your run as enjoyable and as meticulously planned as possible.
