EKAL Run Kolkata 2019
.Established on January 15, 1989 under the West Bengal Societies Registration Act of 1961, FTS is a Non – Governmental Organisation started its journey from Kolkata, West Bengal, India. The Organisation is dedicated to the upliftment of tribals.
FTS Kolkata Chapter is organising a Marathon titled as “Ekal Run” on Sunday, 27th January, 2019 in Kolkata. The maiden Marathon is aimed to create awareness among people including the corporates and youth in particular about Ekal Abhiyan movement and would encourage them to support the noble cause of Education and Rural Upliftment. There was also a Fun Run of 3 km. The event was held at Godrej Waterside, Sector V, Salt Lake in the early hours of Sunday.
Each Participant’s contribution has been towards education of ONE Tribal Child for One Year.
