FASTEST 5K TRILOGY 

Introducing Fastest 5k—an ultimate 5k run challenge, the first ever in India! The trilogy starts in June with a run in the beautiful smart city of Navi Mumbai, followed by a 5k race through the heartbeat of Mumbai and finally through the green lungs of the scenic Thane district. Each of the timed 5k races offer spectacular routes, the best on-route support, and the most amazing finish-line experience!

Trilogy Runners who finish each run will receive a bespoke interlinking 3 piece Fastest 5K Trilogy medal. Earn 1 piece of medal at each run. They will also receive a limited edition Fastest 5K Trilogy Finishers T-shirt along with refreshments, and an e-certificate.

The top 3 Winners falling under the 12 years to 15 years age category will receive a scholarship by the foundation for a brighter future in the world of sports.

• Race results announced on race day will be provisional. Final results and entitlement to prize money shall be subject to the rules mentioned herein.
• Finish positions of all categories will be based on the NET time alone.
• Bib tag timing must be captured across all timing points on the course, including at the start and finish.
• Physical verification will be done by technical officials and anti cheat camera's.
• Runners found to have interchanged their bib numbers with others, will be disqualified from the competition. Such runners will not be entitled to any prize money.
• Prize winners declared may be required to submit further proof of identity/age, as may be required by the promoter, for disbursement of prize money, failing which the promoter may at its sole discretion, withhold disbursement or disqualify the said participant from competition.
• Foreign Nationals who are not residing in India are not eligible for Prize money.
• Prize Money will be given 7 days after the event. Our team will get in touch with the winners for the same.
• Your finish time will be updated on our official event website - within 48 hours of the race day. Timing Certificate will be available to download from the event website
• Finish Timings & Timing Certificates will not be generated for a runner whose timing is not been reflected across timing points on the course and start and finish line.
• Please note Physical Timing Certificates are not available. They can only be downloaded online from the official event website.

Bib Collection 

• Runners participating in all 3 races can collect bibs for all 3 races during the Navi Mumbai Bib Collection at Inorbit Mall Vashi.
• For those who are running more than 1 race please make sure you collect your Runners Kit for all the races during the 1st Bib Collection.
• Please ensure that you collect your bibs on the dates mentioned above.
• Bibs will NOT be posted to individual addresses nor be distributed on race day.

At the time of bib collection, participants are requested to carry:

• Printout or Digital Copy of Event Registration: Once you register for the event, you will receive a confirmation payment receipt. Please bring along a printed copy of the receipt. Alternatively, you can save the receipt on your smartphone and show it to our representative at the registration counters. Please note that this is applicable only if the registered participant is visiting the registration counters in person.
• Proof of Identity: Please carry a proof of identity in original, for example, your Aadhar card, Passport, Voter ID card, or PAN card, for verification purposes. Ensure that you collect the original documents from our volunteer before exiting the counter.
• In case you are unable to come in person, your representative needs to carry: 
• A printed copy of the email confirmation.
• Photocopy of your (the participants) proof of identity, for example, your Aadhar card, Voter ID card, Passport, or PAN card.
• A photocopy of his/her proof of identity, for example, his/her Aadhar card, Passport, school/ college identity card, Voter ID card, or PAN card. Please note that your entry to this event is not transferable under any circumstances.
