3. THERE ARE TWO CATEGORIES .
15 KM WITH NATIONAL FLAG .
75 KM CYCLING WITH NATIONAL FLAG.
4. THE RUNNER / RIDER CAN DO IT AT ANY TIME ON 15TH AUGUST 2022 ( FROM SUNRISE TO SUNSET ) .
5. NO CUT OFF TIME .
6. WHO IS PARTICIPATING IN THIS EVENT NEED TO KNOW  THE NATIONAL FLAG PROTOCOL .
7. THE RUN / RIDE WILL BE NOT CONSIDERED WITHOUT NATIONAL FLAG OF INDIA .
8. RUNNERS / RIDERS  HAVE TO RECORD THE RUN / RIDE ON ANY KIND OF RUNNING / RIDING APP .
9. INDIAN FLAG RUNNERS CAN CANCEL THE REGISTRATION AT ANY TIME WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE.
10. AFTER THE RUN / RIDE , RUNNERS / RIDERS  HAVE TO FILL THE GOOGLE FORM.

B. RUNNING  / RIDING LINK .
C. ELAPSED TIME OF THE RUN / RIDE  .
12. EVERY DETAIL WILL BE SHARED VIA EMAIL AND WHATSAPP GROUP.
13. INDIAN FLAG RUNNERS WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY KIND OF PHYSICAL INJURY DURING THE RUN  / RIDE AND ANY KIND OF MEDICAL ISSUES DURING THE RUN .
