INDORESUPERCHARGERS BRINGS YOU ITS LONG-AWAITED STADIUM RUN IN COMBINATION WITH THE THRILL OF A 10K RUN. CHOOSE FROM A THRILLING 5K.  A RACY 10K OR THE RIGORS OF A 6 HOUR RUN. GO FOR  THE 12 HOUR ULTRA IF YOU HAVE THE COURAGE TO DO IT. WE HAVE ADDED A 12 AND 6 HOUR TEAM REALY FOR THE 1ST TIME .

POINTS TO NOTE

• Those taking part in the 5K or 10K run have to provide us with the ‘Approximate’ time (in minutes) in which you intend to finish your run (AT2F). You can choose from the Dropdown list in the registration form.
• Since the space on the running track is limited, you will be allotted a running time slot based on ‘ 1st come 1st serve ‘ and THE AT2F provided by you.
• All start times will fall between 6.00 AM to 9.30 AM or 2 PM to 4.30 PM. You have to report at least 30min prior to the start time allotted to you.
• The time slots will be allotted such that there will be adequate margins of safety for all runners.
• November is a Cool Climate month and the vibrant atmosphere on the track will provide you with an enjoyable running experience in all running slots. Hence Slots once allotted will be final. Kindly do not request for slot change.
• 10K /5K run, as well as 6hr/12Hr Runs, are Endurance Sports events. While we will be ready to support you during the run, You must ensure your fitness levels before taking part in the event. Organizers will not be responsible for any Health-related Untoward event during or after the event. THIS POINT SHOULD BE NOTED IN VIEW OF THE COVID SITUATION IN THE CITY TOO.

COVID and Event

• You will have to show your COVID vaccination certificate at the time of Bib Collection 1 day prior to the event.
•  If you don’t have A vaccination certificate, You may have to produce a Negative COVID RAT / RtPCR test done not more than 72 hours before the start of the event.
•  If a participant is less than 18 years of age, the parents/legal guardian will have to provide us with a ‘ Good Health declaration' for the Minor participant.
• All COVID-related guidelines issued by Local Authorities and District administration will have to be strictly adhered to. Participants coming from out of City/District/State or Country will have to follow travel and quarantine regulations in force at the time. It will be the responsibility of the participant to check and follow them fully.
• In case you do not feel 100% fit on the day of the expo/event, please do not come to the expo/event venue. Your Kit can be collected by your authorized representative. You can opt to do the event in virtual mode. We will appreciate your concern for the safety of others.
• In the extreme circumstances beyond our control, if we are forced to cancel the On-site expo/event, all the participants registered till then will be shifted to the ‘VIRTUAL EVENT' . As the preparation and event-specific goodies have to be ordered in advance, it will not be possible to provide you with a refund of charges. We hugely appreciate your commitment to health and the support you give to our events.
• Although it is our firm belief that all differences of opinions can be resolved by a meaningful dialogue, disputes if any will be subject to Indore Jurisdiction Only.

THE 12 / 6 HOUR RELAY EVENT

• Only the primary member needs to give details for registration purposes.
• Details of team members - name-age-tshirt size should be given in the specified area of the form. if any change is needed,they can be updated before the last date specified for the same.
• You can have any combination of team members( gentlemen/ladies)- however all members MUST be 18 years of age or above. 
• this is a non competitive event. HENCE NO TEAM OR PARTICIPANT WILL BE ELIGIBLE FOR ANY PRIZES
• Rules for individual runners on the track will apply to the team member running at any point of time.  team member who enters the track once will be able to pass on the e-baton only after his/her stipulated time is over.
