Karam Yokathon, the YOKE marathon, is an annual long distance race conducted by YOKE for promoting unity and fostering inclusion. It is organised in the name of its main sponsors, the family of Smt Kamala & Sri Ramalingam. The event is co-sponsored by the family of Smt Saraswathy and Sri Balasubramanyam. Karam (in Tamil) incidentally symbolises empowerment. Enjoy the last event in pictures here.
The sixth Karam Yokathon will be held on Sunday, 19 Jan 2020. The race will be flagged off from Nadukkallur at 6:30 AM. There is no registration fee. The total prize money is Rs. 1,15,000. There are free coaching camps in the last week of December, in Nadukkallur and Cheranmahadevi.
