Lupin Aptivate Run 2023 - 1 Edition

• 1 kid and 1 parent can participate under one ticket / registration.
• The race is only timed for kids.
• Please carry a valid ID proof along with you.
• No refunds on purchased ticket are possible, even in case of any rescheduling.
• Security procedures, including frisking remain the right of the management.
• No dangerous or potentially hazardous objects including but not limited to weapons, knives, guns, fireworks, helmets, lazer devices, bottles, musical instruments will be allowed in the venue and may be ejected with or without the owner from the venue.
• The sponsors/performers/organizers are not responsible for any injury or damage occurring due to the event. Any claims regarding the same would be settled in courts in Mumbai.
• People in an inebriated state may not be allowed entry.
• Organizers hold the right to deny late entry to the event.
• Venue rules apply.

Declaration

By submitting the form, I hereby declare that I and my child are physically fit to participate in this event and have attained all necessary physical examination by a registered medical practitioner. I acknowledge that participating in this event may carry some risk to my and my child's health. I understand the risk of participating on a course with vehicular traffic.

In case I or my child get injured or need any medical attention , I authorise the organisers & their associated parties to transport me / my child to a medical facility . The cost of transportation & my medical treatment will be borne by me .

I will not hold the organisers or associated parties liable if I / my child is not able to get the required medical attention due to any reason whatsoever.

I release the organizers & all associated parties ( Sponsors, Vendors , Volunteers , Officials ,etc) from any liability towards any loss or injury or death which I / my child may suffer while participating in the race. 

I agree that the organiser at its sole discretion can share my data with organisations associated with the event. I agree to receive information of various companies/brands/products/services which may be sent to me by email/sms/etc by the organisations associated with the event . 

I grant full permission to the organizer and all associated organizations to use all event material including but not limited to photographs and videotape for publicity and advertising purposes without any compensation.

I have read and understood all the "RULES & REGULATIONS" and all the information provided by me in the registration form is correct.
