After astounding success of our last event at same place we are back with “Moonlit Marathon 2023”

Moonlit Marathon 2023 is for all the runners who want to experience thrill in running under the moon lit sky. Book with your clan for an extraordinary experience clubbed with winter charm and thrill of a starry night.

Participants’ Takeaways- T-shirt, Finisher Medal, Timing/ Participation certificate, Food & Fun

About the route- The course is well lit tarred road, traffic free and safe to run in dark.

Race Categories-

Half Marathon (7:30pm start, 18yrs & above)- 2000/-

10.5 Km Run (7:40pm start, 14yrs & above)- 2000/-

5 Km Run (7:50pm start, 8yrs & above)- 1600/-

5Km Walkathon (7:50pm start, 8yrs & above, non-timed)- 1200/-

Discounts-

Flat 60% till 27th Nov

Flat 50% till 4th Dec

Validity date of Discount slabs may change if targeted registrations under respective slabs are achieved earlier.

Last date of registration is 18th Dec or as soon as the targeted slots are full.

Felicitation of Families (How a Family can Register):

"Introducing a new category of recognition in Moonlit Run- “I Run with my Clan”. You & your family members will register in the any distance category of choice. Before registering you will have to request for a Family Code. Let’s say if you get a code FAMILY 1 then your entire family should use the same code FAMILY1 so that we count all your family members under this code. You don't have to do registration in one go or for one particular distance. You are free to do register at your ease sooner or later but before registrations close.

Maximum participation from a family and max distance clocked by a family are the two categories for felicitation.

The ranking will be done on the basis of no. of kms ran/ walked by the clan (say code FAMILY 1) and average age of the clan. If the distance clocked by one or more families is same then the family/ clan which older in average age will be ranked ahead of younger clan."

Even if you are running solo in your chosen category but we will be felicitating participating with 6 or more family members.

As usual, you will find best route support with water, energy drinks, runners’ snacks, first-aid, photos & videos

Facilities at the venue- Baggage counter, change rooms, toilet bus, sufficient bins for dry & wet waste management

Prizes & Gifts for Winners:

The fastest 3 males & females in each distance category (21.1Km, 10.5Km, & 5Km Run) will be felicitated with trophies. There is no Cash prize. Age Category podium finisher will be felicitated on a later date. Ranking by Net Time/chip time.

5Km Walkathon is a non-competitive category.

Refund Policy-

- In case of cancellation of the event due to reasons beyond our control, alternate options will be offered to registrants to participate in our upcoming events. It means the registration fee is not refundable but can be adjusted in our future events.

- No question asked refund policy: In case, a participant wants to withdraw from the event then he/she should inform the organizers at least 10 days before the event date, at support@coachravinder.com to get full refund.
