Mutthu Marathon is unique in terms of encouraging rural sports. Past runners have remarked that Mutthu Marathon track offers a very charming experience. Please be aware that Mutthu Marathon, set on country roads on a hilly terrain, offers one of toughest full-marathon tracks in the world even for veteran runners. In spite of Winter season, the temperature could get very warm especially for the full and half-marathon runners.
Mutthu Marathon names the full-marathon (42.195 KM) race as ‘SWELECT 42K’, honoring our long-time partner and major sponsor Swelect Energy Systems Ltd. (Formerly Numeric Power Systems Ltd.), Chennai. Half-marathon (21.1 KM) race is named as ‘DUCEN 21K’ to honor another major supporter, Ducen IT Pvt. Ltd., Chennai. ’11K Run’ race is named as ‘KMC 11K’, honorning our sponsor, Karthic Medical Center, Idappadi, and the ‘6K Run’ race is named as ‘KISSFLOW 6K’ to honor our sponsor, Kissflow Technologies Pvt. Ltd., Chennai.

I consent that I am healthy and fit to participate in marathon events and I agreed to terms and conditions of mutthumarathon.
I agreed to receive any medical treatment which may be deemed advisable in the event of injury, accident and/or illness during the event.
Prize money is applicable only for the Tamil Nadu permanent residents. However we may recognize non-Tamil Nadu-residents runners performance consistent with their achievement.

- 11KM Run BOYS, GIRLS – Age Requirement – Below 18 years. Eligible DoB – After 28-01-2006
- 6KM Run WOMEN- Age Requirement – 18 years and above. Eligible DoB – Before 28-01-2006
- 6KM Run GIRLS- Age Requirement – Below 18 years. Eligible DoB – After 28-01-2006
- 6KM Run BOYS, GIRLS- Age Requirement – Below 14 years. Eligible DoB – After 28-01-2010
- 3KM Run BOYS, GIRLS – Age Requirement – Below 11 years. Eligible DoB – After 28-01-2013
- 3KM Run BOYS, GIRLS – Age Requirement – Below 8 years. Eligible DoB – After 28-01-2016
- 8KM WALK MEN, WOMEN – Age Requirement – 40 years and Above. Eligible DoB – Before 28-01-1984
- 8KM WALK MEN, WOMEN – Age Requirement – 60 years and Above. Eligible DoB – Before 28-01-1964
EXPO DAY:
Please bring this payment receipt to JPR Mahal, Vaikundam, Salem-Coimbatore Highway, Salem Dt on Saturday January 27th 2024, from 10am to 7pm. Here, please
a) Complete the entry form ( You may download the entry form from our website: https://www.mutthumarathon.org/ Registration Tab). i.,e Entry form to be filled and signed during bib collection
b) Show valid photo ID. Only Govt IDs showing date of birth and residential address are acceptable. Example: Driving license, Aadhaar card, Voter Id etc. For TamilNadu school students, current School ID can be used.
c) Submit the medical fitness (Alternatively, proof of running a similar distance race during the last year). Help may be provided to get a fitness certificate at Sri JPR Mahal, Vaikundam.
d) Collect the T-shirt and BIB number.
