Nagpur Marathon 2020 (update Awaited)


Athletes and runners from all over India are gearing up for the annual edition of the NAGPUR MARATHON to be organised on 29th. NOVEMBER 2020.

Previous editions saw participants from across INDIA as far as Meghalaya, Rajasthan, Kerela, Himachal Pradesh and Ladakh. The youngest runner was 5 years of age, and the eldest participant was 83. We also saw participation from International athletes making it a Global event. Since the First edition of the NAGPUR MARATHON was held it has been highly appreciated by the athletes and sponsors alike. The event has grown from a participation of 2200 runners in the first year to 7200 in the 2019 edition. This year we are targeting 8000 to 10000 runners.

The races will be in Four Categories:

MAHA METRO RUN : 42.2kms Full Marathon. Start Time: 04:00am

ORANGE CITY RUN: 21.1kms Half Marathon. Start Time: 06:15am

ENDURANCE RUN: 10kms Run. Start Time: 07:00am

FAMILY FUN WALK/JOG/RUN: 5kms Run. 07:15am

PRIZES: 

Cash Prizes will be given to the Top 3 finishers (in Men and Women) in the categories mentioned below.

TOTAL PRIZE MONEY OF THE EVENT IS Rs. 5,00,000/-.(Rupees Five Lakhs only).

The Races and Age categories are as follows:

42kms: MAHA METRO RUN (18 years and above).

ENTRY FEES: Rs.950/-

Age Categories: 18 - 45 years and 45+ years.

1st Prize: Rs. 20,000/- + Trophy.
2nd Prize: Rs. 15,000/- + Trophy.
3rd Prize: Rs: 10,000/- + Trophy.  

21kms: ORANGE CITY RUN (18 years and above). ENTRY FEES Rs.750/-

Age Categories: 18 - 30 years, 30+ - 45 years, 45+ - 60 years, 60+ years.

1st Prize: Rs. 7,500/- + Trophy.

2nd Prize: Rs. 5,000/- + Trophy.

3rd Prize: Rs. 2,500/- + Trophy. 

10kms: ENDURANCE RUN (15 years and above). 

ENTRY FEES: Rs.350/-

Age Categories: 15 - 30 years, 30+ - 45 years, 45+ - 60 years, 60+ years.

1st Prize: Rs. 7,500/- + Trophy.

2nd Prize: Rs. 5,000/- + Trophy.

3rd Prize: Rs. 2,500/- + Trophy.   

5kms: FAMILY FUN WALK/JOG/RUN (5 years and above).

ENTRY FEES: Rs.200/-

 Age Categories: 5 - 10 years, 10+ - 18 years, 18+ - 30 years, 30+ - 45 years, 45+ - 60 years, 60+ years.

1st Prize: Rs. 1,000/- + Trophy.

2nd Prize: Rs. 750/- + Trophy.

3rd Prize: Rs. 500/- + Trophy.  

RFID Chip timing ONLY for 42 kms, 21 kms and 10 kms Participants. 

T-shirts, finishers medal, refreshments, route support for all participants. E-Certificates for 42, 21 and 10km participants and Physical Certificates for 5kms participants.
