Categories-
1.Sprint Duathlon (1.5Km Run,20Km Cycle, 3Km Run, 12yrs to 18 yrs.
2.Olympic Duathlon (1.5 Run,40Km Cycle,10Km Run, 16yrs & above) Cutoff Timings (4:30 Hrs)
3.Duathlon 70.3 (1.9 km run,90 km Cycle,21km Run.18 Yrs. and above) Cutoff Timings (8:30 Hrs)
4.Relay (Team of 2) Olympic Duathlon (1.5 Km Run,40Km Cycle,10Km Run, 16yrs & above)- Cutoff Timings (4:30 Hrs)
5.Relay (Team of 2) Duathlon 70.3 (1.9 km run,90 km Cycle,21km Run.18 Yrs. and above) Cutoff Timings (8:30 Hrs)
Participate in Run-Cycle-Run format of Jammu Duathlon’s 4th edition.
All you need is a pair of running shoes and a roadie (bicycle for use on paved roads)
It’s a road run and cycle on 100% road route.
It’s a chip timed event
Duration of event is 8.5hrs (4AM- 12.30PM)
Relay Categories:
- In Team Relay duathlon there are 2 members.
- One will only cycle and other will only run
- Being a relay runner member completes run then cycling member completes riding, followed by same running member run again to finish the event.

Rules & guidelines
- E-bikes or Battery powered cycles are not allowed
- You are required to read and agree to the self-safety precautions (will be sent separately by email after registration)
Safety precautions for cycling
- Always wear a helmet while riding a bicycle
- Wear a reflective jacket/vest if you are riding in low light areas, especially during night time
- Blinking tail lights are very helpful during night rides
- Keep optimum tyre pressure in both the tyres as per the prescribed PSI for your cycle
- Check your brakes and tyre pressure before every ride
- Fix water bottles cages and always carry a bottle of water
- Always keep emergency contacts handy
- Learn to fix punctures and carry a puncture kit
- You are required to read and agree to the self-safety precautions (will be sent separately by email after registration)
