Rajkot Marathon 2019 - 4 Edition

Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown”, is  a part of an international service organisation, Rotary International, whose stated purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian service and to advance goodwill and peace around the world. This happens to be our 25th year of existence in Rajkot and we have done many projects in and around Rajkot mainly,

6. State of the art - First of its kind Diabetes Prevention & Management Centre (Opening Soon) And many many more.

As we all know that more and more people are becoming health conscious and taking to various fitness activity and running currently is one of the most favoured and an feasible activity for all, rich and not so rich, young and not so young, healthy and not so healthy etc. This makes Marathons across our country very popular sporting activity. Our Rajkot conducted the last marathon in the year 2017 with more than 63000 plus participants and this year round we, Rotary Club of Rajkot Midtown have been bestowed upon the task to conduct the “ RAJKOT MARATHON” on 29th December 2019. This event shall have participation not only from various corners of our country but also from various countries too. (This shall also happen to be our fund raising event for our various ambitious projects that we plan to undertake and some of them that we have already undertaken.) Also each year since last three years our associate club, Rajkot Cycle Club, conducts the premier cycling event of Saurashtra, “CYCLOFUN”. This is where we have the cycling enthusiasts from all over Saurashtra participate in big numbers. This time round the 4th edition is being conducted on the 15th December 2019.
