RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS

Race will start & finish at ABFRL office, Divyashree Technopolis

Full course is on an excellent paved roads on which runners can achieve their personal best timings and break their own records as they train well.

There will be aid stations every 2 kilometres along the route to keep you well hydrated.

RACE INCLUSIONS

10 KM Runners (Timed) will get Reebok T-Shirt, Timing Bib, Race Hydration, Unique Finisher’s Medal, Medical Support, Post Race Refreshment, Race pictures, Digital Race Certificate (for all finishers - post completion of the race)

10 KM & 5 KM Runners (Open) will get T-Shirt, Non - Timing Bib, Race Hydration, Unique Finisher’s Medal, Medical Support, Post Race Refreshment, Race pictures, Digital Race Certificate (for all finishers - post completion of the race)

ADD ONS – Timing chip will cost Rs. 200/runner

PODIUM FINISHERS FROM THE RACE

The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Gender Wise Categories for the distances as mentioned below.

Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM and Non-Timed 10K togetherare :-

⭕ 1st/2nd/3rd- Female

⭕ 1st/2nd/3rd- Male

Gender Categories in Open 5 KM are :-

⭕ 1st/2nd/3rd- Female

⭕ 1st/2nd/3rd- Male

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY

Cancellations / Transfers of Tickets / Refunds are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances/events/situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the fees paid for the timing chip will be refunded 100%
