Rotary Mega Marathon 2023 - 1 Edition

 Dear Runners 

Rotary International is an international service organization whose stated human rights purpose is to bring together business and professional leaders in order to provide humanitarian services, encourage high ethical standards in all vocations, and to advance goodwill and peace around the world.

Rotary District 2982 consists of 83 clubs with 3750 Rotarians from 6 revenue districts.Our Rotary clubs are involved in various social service activities such as medical camps and services (blood donation, eye donation, and organ donation), educational, public service (tailoring classes, planting saplings, and hygiene awareness programs) and many more..
We are happy to announce that our District 2982 is organising a marathon in the name of “Rotary Mega marathon 2023” on June 18 2023 at namakkal.

The motivation of this run primarly includes awareness towards Health and Fitness, Type 1 Diabetes and Protecting the environment along with leading a healthy life.

Race Categories : 5Km - 6 years and above, 10Km - 10 years and above  and 21km 16 years and above.

Registration Fees : 5K : 650, 10K : 800 and 21.1km : 950.

Prizes : 21K - 1st - 25000, 2nd - 15000, 3rd - 10000 ( 4-10 place would also have cash prize of 1000 each).
10K - 1st - 15000, 2nd - 10000, 3rd - 5000 ( 4-10 place would also have cash prize of 1000 each).
5K - 1st - 10000, 2nd - 7000, 3rd - 4000 ( 4-10 place would also have cash prize of 1000 each).

Note - separate prizes for Men and Women

Note - There is no prize money for NRI's
