• Please choose the event category carefully, registrations are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be modified.
• During Stadium run time provided by official timing partner will be considered as final, timed measured by participants on digital watches or mobile application such as garmin, strava, endomodo, etc will not be considered and counted
• Participants must provide valid contact mobile number and email id for further communication
• Minimum age to participate is 18 years
• Participants have to collect kit (BIB-T-shirts) on the day of expo i.e 24/2/21, Kit will not be available on the day of event
• Bib and Timing Chip have to be worn at all times during the entire run.
• Running is not a ‘free risk’ sport and therefore each runner must ensure his/her health condition is fit before participating and during in the race. Each runner shall be responsible with his/her own health/condition. The Organizer will not responsible for personal injury or death during or after the race as direct result of gross negligence of the Organizer.
• The Organizer reserves the right to disallow/ disqualify any person who is known or suspected to be physically unfit to participate in the event. Should a runner get injured during the race, on case by case basis as recommended by medical team as appointed by the Organizer to monitor the race, such runner may be treated in hospital as designated by the Organizer with a treatment cost not payable by the Organizer and the relevant hospital.
• Participant is responsible for their own safety.
• You assure that in the event of adverse weather condition, major incidents threats on the day or restriction by authorities, the organiser reserve the rights to postpone/stop/cancel the event.

• All participants are required to report at the venue 1 Hour prior to the start-time
• No family and friends will be entertained at the food area or on the track for participants.
• Distance for one loop is considered as 300 mtrs irrespective of the lane the participant runs in.

• SOP is designed to ensure maximum care is taken for participants safety. The measures are to be strictly adhered to. Below is a list of recommended procedures:
• Every one has to sanitise themselves before the event at entrance
• Body temperature of one & all will be checked by a non-contact thermometer (wrist/forehead) before being allowed to enter the venue.
• Participant’s flow should be “Get in, Complete and Exit” the venue, to minimize unnecessary contact with others.
• Non participants will be restricted in a specific zone. They will not be allowed to enter the track area at any point. They should wear masks at all time.
• Participants will enter the venue wearing the bib and mask. They will stand in the earmarked circle and maintain standard social distancing.
• All participants can accompany one member, accompanied member cannot enter track, they can sit in pavilion
• A Volunteer pass will be issued along with the Bib. Refreshment can be collected using this pass. Baggage counter will not be available for the relay participants.
• Participants can carry their own sanitizer or use the ones provided at the venue
• Energy Drink and Water will be provided in paper cups. Refreshments will be provided in packed disposable box. These have to be disposed in designated area.
• All participants will wear masks when not on Track.
• Masks will be provided to all participants
• All volunteers and officials at the venue will be wearing mask and gloves
• All used tissues and other use and throw items to be disposed in the designated area
• Medals and Masks will be placed on table at the Finish Line. Participants can pick them before going out of the track area. There will be no prize distribution after the event.
• Participants who finished earlier will not be allowed to wait for their friends/family at the finish line
