Being a virtual event, you are free to run wherever you want, whenever you want without being bound by any time restrictions.
No matter whether you walk, run, skip, or crawl, just go out there, best foot forward! Whether it's your first race as a beginner or your first one for the year, there's something for everyone to start your journey towards an active lifestyle.
1. Set Your GOAL and Achieve it.
Runners Target Distance : 5 | 10 | 21 | 42 Kms on 8th March 2022.
Cyclists Target Distance : 10 | 20 | 50 | 100 Kms on 8th March 2022
Steps of Women's Day Run & Ride 2022
- Register
- Select your Target
- Record your activity in any tracking application to achieve your target on 8th March 2022
- Submit the data in your IR account on www.indianrunners.in
Note: For the data submission process refer to the FAQ section on www.indianrunners.in
Email ID & Mobile No. in Challenge Registration must match with your IR Account, else the challenge will not be assigned.
- Being a virtual run, participants need to submit their run details online using any of the multiple apps we support.
- You can Record in any Tracking Apps including Strava / Nike+Run Club / Asics Runkeeper / Endomondo / Runtastic / Adidas Running / Garmin / TomTom Sports / Fitbit / Apple Watch / Amazefit / Map My Run or any other mobile app which supports sharing your run data.
- We also support automatic data import from Strava. If you use any other mobile app or device which can export app data to your Strava account, manual data submit is not required.
- Manual Data can be submitted upto 10 Days of actual activity date, dates get locked after that.
Steps to Submit Activity Data
- open www.indianrunners.in
- New Users : Create Account & Activate Account from an email received
- Existing users : Login
- Go to Edit Profile > complete profile details
- Connect Strava / Garmin for automatic data submission (Don't submit manually)
- All Other Apps > My Account > Submit Activity > fill the form & upload screenshot.
