The annual Empower Run focuses on the physical and mental well-being of our people. This seven-city run brings alive the four pillars of the Truly Human philosophy of Body, Mind, Heart and Soul—by encouraging our people to fuel their sense of purpose by giving to the communities while fostering a sense of belonging by running for the cause of Equality.

The Empower Run offers different options for our employees at various fitness levels—the 10 km or 5 km Run, the 5 km Walk and the 2.5 km Equality Walk. Watch how the Empower Run has grown and evolved over the years from 7,800 runners to nearly double that number! Who knows—you could be a part of the biggest Empower Run yet!
