An active lifestyle is the best safeguard against the onset of various lifestyle related diseases and The North Malabar Chamber of Commerce decided to initiate an annual event that promotes a healthy mind and a healthy body. A healthy mind in a healthy body promotes healthy interaction among individuals and institutions. This would translate into a healthy socio-economic eco system that meets the objective of the organizers and sponsors involved in the conduct of the event.

The North Malabar Chamber of Commerce, a representative body of commercial & Industrial organizations is proud to present the third edition of its 10 km. road race/3 km. Fun run for all fitness enthusiasts and people willing to make positive changes in their lifestyles.

Note : International runners cannot participate in this category

Health Run 3K - Road Race for men and women. 350 Rs 5,000 Rs 2,500 Rs 1,000 Rs

All runners will receive Completors Medal and dowloadable certificate.
