This is an endurance  sports running event.  Ensure your capabilities before you register .

12 hour Participants should have done at least 1 Full marathon/200km cycling Brevet / Half Iron Triathlon or similar event in past 2 years.

While we will provide basic medical care at the venue , you take part in the event at your own risk. Any medical eventuality arising out of your participation-You will be solely responsible.
