Tuffman invites you to run & test your tough at one of the most awaited stadium runs of the year.

Stadium run is a platform where you can test your physical as well as mental capabilities, taking an equal test on your endurance and grit that resides inside everyone.

It will be the 4th Edition of the stadium run in Chandigarh which is affiliated by the Athletics Federation of India (AFI).

The stadium is famous for its well - maintained track and many athletes use this facility to train to their maximum potential and you will experience a running festival at the same place.

COVID-19 MANDATES FOR THE RACE
================================

⭕ All the existing COVID - 19 safety guidelines & norms imposed by the state & central govt authorities are expected to be adhered by everyone. The race will be undertaken in utmost safe environment as the pandemic is still there.

⭕ Installation & Usage of Aarogya Setu App in your mobile phone is a must.

⭕ Registered participants and their accompanies should be fully vaccinated of any COVID - 19 vaccine until the race day.

RACE CATEGORIES
================= 

24 HOURS SOLO RUN
1600 hrs to 1600 hrs (12th to 13th March)

Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a 12 hours run or any 80K.


100 KMS SOLO RUN
Starts at 1700 hrs ⚠ - Cutoff time - 15 hours (12th to 13th March)
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a minimum of a Marathon under 4:45 hours or any 50K.

12 HOURS SOLO RUN
12th March (+1) - Slot A - 1600 hrs to 0400 hrs
13th March - Slot B - 0400 hrs to 1600 hrs
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a Marathon or any 50K.

6 HOURS SOLO RUN
12th March - Slot A [1600 hrs to 2200 hrs]
13th March - Slot B [0400 hrs to 1000 hrs]
12th March (+1) - Slot Z [2200 hrs to 1600 hrs]
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years & he / she must have completed a Half Marathon. 

3 HOURS SOLO RUN
12th March - Slot A [1600 hrs to 1900 hrs]
12th March - Slot B [1900 hrs to 2200 hrs]
13th March - Slot C [0400 hrs to 0700 hrs]
13th March  - Slot D [0700 hrs to 1000 hrs]
Eligibility Criteria : Minimum age to be 18 years. 

TEAM RELAY (6 HOURS)

13th March - 1000 hrs to 1600 hrs
Eligibility Criteria :
Minimum age to be 14 years.
Each team must consist of 3 Running Members.
Every runner will run for 2 hours each.
No individual is allowed to run in more than 1 team.
There is no gender restriction in the composition of the team.

Slot Preference is kept open to all and is totally subject to availability till the vacant spot(s) lasts. Once slots are chosen, no changes would be entertained for the same.

Tuffman Trophies to First 3 Podium Finishers shall be awarded to Both Men & Women, from each run category, irrespective of the slots of the run (if applicable).

In case of Team Relay, First 3 Podium Finisher Teams will be awarded with Tuffman Trophies.

TITLE CRITERIA(S)
===============

⭕ 161K and above distance finisher in 24H category will be an Ultra Tuffman. 

⭕ 100K finisher in 100K distance category under 15 hours will be a Tuffman.

⭕ 80K and above distance finisher in 12H category will be a Tuffman.

⭕ 50K and above distance finisher in 6H category will be a Half Tuffman.

⭕ Rest all finishers under 3H or Team Relay category will be Inspiring Tuffman.

FINISHING CRITERIA(S)
===================

Please find the cutoff criteria(s) in the mentioned categories in respect to the MINIMUM DISTANCES & TIME BOTH that has to be covered in the stadium run. 

Category - Distance - Minimum Time

⭕ For 3 hrs - 15 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 6 hrs - 30 Kms (No Time Limit)

⭕ For 12 hrs - 55 Kms - 10 hrs

⭕ For 24 hrs - 110 Kms - 20 hrs

⭕ For Team Relay - 35 Kms - 1 hr each member (Total 35 Kms by three team members in 6 hrs & 1 hr atleast BOTH to be covered by each team member on the track)

CANCELLATIONS / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUNDS
==============================================

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will NOT be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances (except for the below stated).

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading upto event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances. (except for the below stated).

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE THIRD WAVE OF COVID-19 - There will be a 50% refund of the paid registration fee (excluding any processing fee) valid until 20th February, 2022. Any requests received after the aforementioned date shall NOT be eligible for any refund.

There will be NOT be any future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, the race format shall be changed into a Virtual Race and the physical takeaways like Race T-Shirt, Goodie Bag, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) and other items (if any) shall be sent via courier after the virtual event.
