QUALIFICATION & AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH RACE
=====================================================

For 50 KM - You must have completed a minimum of a 21 KM in last 2 years.

There is no qualification criteria for distances as 30 KM | 21 KM | 10 KM | 5 KM | 3 KM

AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA FOR EACH RACE
 
⭕ For 21 KM & beyond distances - All athletes must be 18 or older on race day. 

⭕ For 10 KM - All people must be 14 years or older on the race day.

⭕ For 5 KM & 3 KM - All children must be 8 years or older on the race day.

RACE COURSE & AID STATIONS
===========================

Tuffman Island Ultra & Half Marathon Andaman has one of the most scenic run courses in India.

The race starts & finishes at Netaji Stadium, Port Blair, Andaman & Nicobar Islands for all the race categories.

It will be a feeling that you are running somewhere out of India (in abroad) and it’s really a proud thing that you are running in your own country on an island where the roads are just touching the sea contours.

You will find Marina Park, Andaman Club, Indian Flag Point, Corbyn Cove Beach, lush green landscapes with coconut trees.

Tourists — Indian and foreigners, as well as locals — can be seen in colorful dresses, coming either for a walk or ‘for a change of air’. Many tourists can be seen having a sunbath on the Corbyn Sands and the Indian Flag flying super high on the verge of international frontiers.

A promised mind - relaxing ultra experience for all the runners. This ultra route will keep you ever fresh & enthusiastic as the race course is full of cool breeze, longer distances start in the wee hours of the morning, awesome city surrounds and will provide you with a reviving and zealous escape all together, with your partner.

The race course is a loop of 10 Kms (5 kms out & 5 kms back) which is 90% Tar Road & 10% Unpaved Road almost traffic free which will be perfectly cherished by you with very gradual inclines & declines.

Adequate aid stations will be there with Medical & Physiotherapy Support at the start point. The same will be put up in the race as they shall be enough to keep you well hydrated, energyful & recovered all the way to and fro in the wet & damp air.

On 29th April, 2023 i.e, Saturday during 12:00 hrs – 17:00 hrs at Netaji Stadium – Participants can collect their bib along with the goodie bags there at the race expo.

PODIUM FINISHERS FROM THE RACE
================================

The results & timings for the podium finishers will be declared according to the Age & Gender Wise Categories* for the distances as mentioned below.

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 21.1 KM are :-

⭕ 18 years to 30 years of age

⭕ 31 years to 40 years of age

⭕ 41 years to 50 years of age

⭕ 51 years to 60 years of age

⭕ 61 years of age & above

Age & Gender Categories in TIMED 10 KM are :-

⭕ 14 years to 17 years of age

⭕ 18 years to 30 years of age

⭕ 31 years to 40 years of age

⭕ 41 years to 50 years of age

⭕ 51 years to 60 years of age

⭕ 61 years of age & above

Please note that there would be no Age / Gender Categories in the Non Timed - Fun Run 5 KM & 3 KM race.

*Please note people with age like 30 years and X days will placed in the 18 years to 30 years age category and so on.

FEATURE CREATIVES
==================

Pictures requested in the registration process are for feature creatives and are only for promotional purposes. The same aren't any way part of the inclusion(s) for your registration.

The feature creatives will only be made for registered participants up till 31st March, 2023.

No feature creative shall be made for anyone after the above-mentioned date.

CANCELLATION / TRANSFER OF TICKETS / REFUND POLICY
===================================================

Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refund are not possible at all. Any requests received will not be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances / events / situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

ONLY APPLICABLE IN CASE OF THE NEW WAVE OF COVID-19 or ANY OTHER EXTERNAL DISTURBANCE LEADING TO FORCE MAJEURE - There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, and the race format will be changed into a NON - TIMED Virtual Race for everyone. The physical takeaways like Race T-SHIRT, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) & other items (if any) shall be sent via courier 60 days after the virtual event.
