AGE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA  

⭕ All athletes must be 18 or older on race day for TRIATHLON 113 & OLYMPIC TRIATHLON. 
⭕ All athletes must be 15 or older on race day for SPRINT TRIATHLON.

Distances - 1.9 Kms Swim + 90 Kms Cycle + 21.1 Kms Run

Distance - 1.5 Km Swim + 40 Kms Cycle + 10 Kms Run

Distance - 0.75 Km Swim + 20 Kms Cycle + 5 Kms Run

SWIM will begin and end at Lake (most tentative) It will be an open water swim in Lake in loops (exact lap length will be informed soon)

BIKE - After the swim leg, you will have a transition to the bike leg with 90-95% flat course passing through Uttar Marg -> Matka Chowk -> PGI Hospital -> Mullanpur Town -> The Oberoi Sukhvilas Gate and then turning back to continue in loops as per your distances to again finish bike leg at The Oberoi Sukhvilas, New Chandigarh.

RUN - After the bike leg, you will have a transition to the run leg with a totally flat course starting from The Oberoi Sukhvilas, New Chandigarh and going till 5 Kms and continuing in loops as per your distances to finally finish at The Oberoi Sukhvilas, New Chandigarh.

It will be a very top-notch and personal best performance-inducing course experience for all the athletes as it's mostly a flat course route for the Bike & Run Leg. There will only be 1-2 flyover enroute. (Exact number to be confirmed after an upcoming recce - planned to take place soon)

5 Aid Stations along with 1 Medical Station will be put up in the race as they shall be enough to keep you well hydrated and energy full.

The race course should be almost traffic-free which shall be enabling you to ride or run worry-free.

Physiotherapy Support will be available at the end of the race.

BAG DROP - Convenience bags can be handed over to Team Tuffman at the end of the race briefing with a name tag over it.

POST RACE BOOZE & SNACKS - The race finish will have booze followed by scrumptious Hi-Tea / Lunch at The Oberoi Sukhvilas.

Tuffman Trophies to First 3 Podium Finishers shall be awarded to Both Men & Women, from each category, (if applicable).

Pictures requested in the registration process are for feature creatives and are only for promotional purposes only.

The feature creatives will only be made for registered participants up till 30th June, 2022.

No feature creative shall be made for anyone after the above - mentioned date.

The same is NOT anyway a part of the race inclusions for your registration.

# Cancellations / Transfer of Tickets / Refunds are not possible at all. Any requests received will NOT be eligible for a refund, under any circumstances.

# Also, in case of occurrence of any unforeseeable circumstances/events/situations (even force majeure) due to any x-factor leading up to event cancellation, the event fees paid wouldn't be refunded under any circumstances.

# There will be no future adjustment / carry forward of the fees towards any other event in any case, the race format shall be changed into a Non - Timed Virtual Race and the physical takeaways like Race Apparel, Goodie Bag, Finisher Medal (based on finish status) and other items (if any) shall be sent via courier after the virtual event.
