AN EVENT FOCUSED ON HEALTH AND PROMOTING WELLNESS..
Healthy Running is all about finding your inner peace & so is a life well lived because you get out of it what you put into.
As we know, LIFE IS ALL ABOUT BALANCE!
Running is actually a great way to increase the overall level of health & prevent from diseases. Its evens Boost our Confidence & Self-esteem.
Whatever your reason may be for running, but you will experience something new & different. It will encourage your loved ones to be healthy and give an assurance of being with them in all phases of life.
We are the one who Encourages, inspire & motivate patients of all age group for Quality of Life.
We have introduced # running categories
2 km - for age group below 12 years and above 55 years
5 km - open for all
10 km - open for all
Also in 5 & 10 km category we have Power Couple Run and 5 km for Family Run.
So this November Run for your health and achieve your fitness goals.
