Running in Vikhroli Mini Run will be a very rewarding experience; however it is not to be undertaken lightly. You need to be physically fit to complete the distance. If in doubt consult your doctor. Do not run if you are feeling unwell.
Beyond helping you to lose or maintain weight, there are lots of other health benefits of Mini Marathon Training.
Running will strengthen your heart and ensure the efficient flow of blood and oxygen throughout your body, which helps decrease your risk of a heart attack.
Vikhroli Mini Run 2023 is a 7 Km Non-timed Open Age Category run in which both Male's & Female's will run at a time.
Organisers will provide Jersey, Medal & Certificate for every Participant.
